MKE Week 11 – Bend in the Road

Hey All,

This week was a rollercoaster. I felt as if everything I learned from the MKE was pushed to the limit this week. Someone extremely close to me was going through a hard time and it definitely impacted me as well. I found that my mindset was not affected as much thanks to self awareness and the law of substitution. Any time my mind drifted towards thoughts that are not inline with my goals I was able to get out of it thanks to the law of substitution. Currently we are reading the Greatest Salesman in the World Scroll III and in the scroll it says “I will avoid despair but if this disease of the mind should infect me then I will work on in despair”, this particular part of the scroll spoke to me the most due to what was going on in my life. Regardless of the environment I pushed through until the end and was able to end the week off on a positive note by gaining an ongoing customer and being able to gain leads to expand my business in to Ottawa. I will continue to persevere and as scroll III states “failure I may still encounter at the thousandth step, yet success hides behind the next bend in the road”. See you all on the next webinar!
